6. Purchases, Payments, and No-Refund Policy

6.1. Purchases of Digital Content are processed via the third-party payment service provider NOWPayments. We accept selected cryptocurrencies, including Monero (XMR), Litecoin (LTC), and Solana (SOL).

6.2. Irreversibility of Payments: Due to the inherent nature of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once a payment is initiated and confirmed on the network, it cannot be canceled or reversed.

6.3. Non-Refundable Policy: All sales of Digital Content are final. Since access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, technical incompatibility on the user’s end, or dissatisfaction with the content.

6.4. Fulfillment Verification: For the purposes of verifying delivery, we rely on blockchain transaction IDs (TXID) and our internal system logs. If our records show that the payment was confirmed and access was provided to the User account, the order is considered fulfilled.

6.5. Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased content, you must contact us at flowsnet@gmail.com before initiating any external dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the access issue.

7. Limited License to Use Digital Content

7.1. Following purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

7.2. You may not download, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Digital Content without prior written consent.
