6.9. Any complaint, payment dispute, chargeback request, or “item not received” claim submitted by a User must be made in good faith and on truthful grounds. The submission of knowingly false, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith claims, including claims made after the User has already obtained access to or use of the Digital Content, may constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in account restriction, refusal of future service, reliance on available technical evidence in dispute proceedings, and, where appropriate, the protection or enforcement of our rights before competent authorities or dispute-resolution bodies.
